Trillium Ink is an approved tattoo training school in Tigard, Oregon – one of the most regulated state’s tattoo licensing. This accolade has been granted based on our exemplary record and ongoing commitment to upholding the highest standards.
We offer courses in permanent cosmetics, scalp micropigmentation, body art and additional classes for experienced, licensed tattoo artist for continuing education. The courses offered at Trillium Ink are a hybrid of online learning and hands-on training with live models.
Tuition includes application fees, manuals, a full supply kit (including tattoo machine), power supply, pigments, needles and just about everything you’ll need to start practicing.
We have small classes, so deposits are required to hold your spot in a designated class. Deposits apply to total tuition. Let us know if you need help finding financing and we can offer a few options.

Pam Neighbors is the Founder of Trillium Ink Academy and a Master Artist and Educator. She has over 30 years of experience in the field. Licensed in three states, Pam is a certified permanent cosmetic artist, scalp micropigmentation artist and is accomplished in tattoo art, scar camouflage, esthetics, and microneedling.
